Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Just send us an email at contact@arkailiving.com with the subject 'Order Cancellation Request: Your order number.'

Unfortunately, we will be unable to process any cancellation requests after this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Currently, we allow returns and exchanges if the products delivered are damaged, defective or incorrect.

For the same, please notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt, and we’ll:

• initiate a refund (in the form of store credit) to you. Store credit may be used on our online store for a period of 1 year after issue. We’re sure you’ll find something you love in this time!

Please note that we shall not be able to process refunds or exchanges for any damaged, defective or incorrect items after the mentioned period of 72 hours.

In case an order is rejected at the time of delivery, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount as order processing and RTO fee. Refund will be issued when the return is received at our warehouse.

Delivery of a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

Products Purchased During Discount Promotions and Sample Sales

Unfortunately, products purchased during discount promotions or sample sales will not be eligible for return. Defects (if any) will be mentioned in the product details.

Gift Cards

Gift card sales are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards may be used on our online store for a period of 1 year. If you've received a gift card and need help with what to get, send us a message and we'll help you find the perfect thing.
