Order Processing

We take a maximum of 3 business days to process an order.

Changing Order Details

Shipping details such as shipping address, email, contact number, may be changed within 24 hours of placing the order. Please reach out to us via email at contact@arkailiving.com 

Please note that we will be unable to make any modifications to the order after the 24 hour window.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Simply reach out to us via email at contact@arkailiving.com and mention: 'Cancellation Request: Your Order Number' as the subject. We will then initiate a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we will be unable to cancel any orders after the 24 hour window.

Billing & Invoices

In an effort to save paper, we do not ship any orders with a paper copy of the invoice. Instead, the order invoice will be shared on your registered email address.

Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to locations across India. Unfortunately, we don't offer International Shipping yet, but hope to launch that soon!

Order Shipping

We use the following shipping modes for our orders.

All shipping modes available for your location will be displayed on the checkout page. If there are any delivery restrictions on your address, they will be displayed during checkout.

Please note that the above shipping times are after the order processing period.

To expedite an order, please leave a remark in the order notes while placing the order and we'll do our best to fulfil your request!

Order Tracking

You will receive a link to track your the status of your order along with the order confirmation shared with you on your registered email address.

Once your order is shipped, we will also share information about our delivery partner, estimated delivery date and tracking link for the same.

Delay in Shipping

Due to the current COVID-19 situation prevailing across the country, delivery times may be impacted due to reasons beyond our control. We apologise for any delay in the delivery of your order. In case your order is late, we will notify you of the same via email.

Plastic Free Shipping

We pride ourselves on using packaging that is 100% plastic free. Material used is a mix of paper and cardboard, some of which is also recycled.

We use a minimal amount of packaging and have developed it in a way that you'll be able to either reuse it or conveniently dispose of it.

While we encourage you to reuse the packaging, if you wish to dispose of it, please do so with all other paper waste in your household so that it may be reused or recycled.
